Have A Question?
We’re here to make kindness simple.
We’ve provided answers to the questions we get most often about The Good Morning Project.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, or just want to say hello, we’d love to hear from you.
What is The Good Morning Project all about?
It’s a grassroots civic pride movement encouraging residents of Regina to spark kindness by simply saying “good morning” to each other. It all builds toward Good Morning Day on June 3rd, 2025.
Who can participate in Good Morning Day?
Everyone! Whether you’re a student, business owner, city worker, or just a resident walking your dog—this initiative is for everyone in Regina, no matter your age or background.
How can I get involved beyond just saying ‘good morning’?
Follow us on social media, share your own “good morning” moments using our hashtag, support community activations, or partner with us through your business or organization.
Is this a one-time event or an ongoing movement?
The Good Morning Project is more than a one-time event—it’s the beginning of a long-term movement to build a kinder, more connected Regina. While June 3rd marks the official “Good Morning Day,” the campaign is designed to spark ongoing community engagement and positivity year-round!
Why does Regina need this campaign?
Because every city thrives when its people feel connected. The campaign counters negativity with positivity, highlights what makes Regina great, and reminds us that small gestures can have a big impact.
